You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Aqua Talent Agency regarding the Site and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site and Services.
